Attendance cost for A Changing Climate is $525 and $425 for students. Proof of student status will be required upon arrival at the conference.

Early Bird rates are $425 for regular and $325 for students. 5% GST will be added to all registrations. All funds are Canadian Dollars (CDN). The Early Bird Registration Deadline is May 1, 2009.

All meal functions are included in the fee - breakfast, morning and afternoon coffee break, lunch, and evening reception except for 8/25 Tuesday night (free evening for delegates).

Credit card statements will read "UBC Wood Processing". A receipt will be sent following credit card processing.

Requests for registration refund must be submitted to info@ieabioenergyconference.org. A service charge of $100 will be applied to all registration cancellation requests received up to and including July 1, 2009; a service charge of $250 will be applied to cancellation requests up to and including August 1, 2009. No refunds will be granted for cancellation received after August 1, 2009.
